Nick Warren
partner
Nick has been selling properties all his working life including over 10 years in Alton and he has an intimate knowledge of the area and its complexities. Born in Alton, Nick has always been a Hampshire resident and was educated locally at Lord Wandsworth College and Eggar's Grammar School. With a busy career in Estate Agency there isn't much time left for other pursuits. However Nick still manages an encyclopaedic knowledge of Aldershot Town Football Club and an active interest in the countryside. A Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Nick is married with a daughter and a son.
Clive Powell-Richards
partner
Clive's first position in Estate Agency was back in 1975 as office junior and tea boy with a small local independent. 33 years later Clive has seen all the ups and downs of the local property market but according to his partners still makes an excellent cup of tea! Clive's obsession with Estate Agency is combined with obsessions for DIY and gardening which seem to take up every spare available second. Clive shares his life with his wife and three children and that's not to mention dog Max, cat Simba, 7 guinea pigs and numerous horses. Clive also wants it mentioned that he is a keen Arsenal fan.
Tim Buxton
partner
Tim likes to point out to his colleagues that he is the youngest of the partnership. 23 years an Estate Agent and originally from sunny Weston Super Mare, Tim moved to the area 14 years ago and was formerly Managing Director of a large corporate Estate Agency. Corporate Estate Agency seemed to be more and more focused on selling low quality call centre conveyancing, life insurance products and Spanish apartments so he's thrilled to be back in an independent partnership where selling local property and offering a bespoke service to local clients comes first. Married he finds his daughter takes up lots of his spare energy however he is also a keen skier.
Polly Gillert
sales
Polly has boundless enthusiasm and has proved herself to be an absolute natural at putting clients at their ease and really understanding their requirements. Educated in Midhurst, Polly has worked in both Selborne and Farringdon and so knows the Alton area well. As our resident computer expert Polly is also capable of sorting out all the Partners technological problems which is pretty important given that Clive, Nick and Tim still struggle to programme their video recorders.
Ben Moore
sales
Ben is the newest member of the Warren Powell-Richards team but has been practising as an Estate Agent in Alton since June 2004. Over that time he has become an expert on the property market in Alton and the surrounding villages. Known for his genuinely friendly and welcoming approach, the Partners at Warren Powell-Richards were delighted when Ben decided to join us and strengthen our already fantastic team. A keen Formula One fan, Ben is also an Arsenal FC supporter. In his mid 20's, Ben brings more youthful vigour to our team.
Lynn Rogers
admin and sales
Another long term Alton resident, Lynn was born in Hampshire and was educated locally at Four Marks Primary School, Perins and Amery Hill. A keen equestrian and yoga guru, Lynn miraculously still finds the time for long country walks and is also an avid reader. What she most enjoys about her career in Estate Agency is the sociability of the job and the people she has met over the years. With many years of experience in the property business Lynn is a fantastic addition to the Warren Powell-Richards sales team.
Richard Santos
lettings manager
Richard has been in the property industry since 1988 and has gained a wealth of valuable knowledge in both sales and lettings over that time. Locally he has built an enviable reputation for providing quality service, communication and client feedback. Richard is married to Joanna who is obviously keen on keeping an eye on Richard and so she will be helping out in the office too! Joanna's family have lived in South Warnborough for over 30 years
Joanna Santos
lettings administration
Joanna has lived in the area for a large part of her life, growing up in the grounds of Old Basing House, which is now open to the public. Playing in the ruined remains as a child led to her keen interest in archaeology and architecture. She studied at both Southampton and Farnham Universities, graduating with a BA (Hons) in 3D Design. Joanna has put this to great use during various renovation projects including her current scheme of restoring a lake which has been untouched for the last thirty years. In her spare time she also paints, plays the piano and has recently become an avid bird watcher.
