Clive Powell-Richards
partner
Clive's first position in Estate Agency was back in 1975 as office junior and tea boy with a small local independent. 35 years later Clive has seen all the ups and downs of the local property market but according to his partners still makes an excellent cup of tea! Clive's obsession with Estate Agency is combined with obsessions for DIY and gardening which seem to take up every spare available second. Clive shares his life with his wife and three children and that's not to mention dog Max, cat Simba, 4 guinea pigs and numerous horses. Clive also wants it mentioned that he is a keen Arsenal fan.

Tim Buxton
senior partner
Tim likes to point out to his colleagues that he is the youngest of the original partnership. Originally from sunny Weston Super Mare in Somerset, Tim moved to the area 16 years ago. Spare time is spent walking Daisy the dog and attempting quite unsuccessfully to learn French. In recent years he has become a keen but dangerously experimental cook. Married he finds his young daughter takes up lots of his energy however he is also an avid skier and manages to find the enthusiasm to go for the occasional run.

Steve Flavell
partner
Steve has been an Estate Agent since 1996 and started his career in Alton. Having lived in the area for over 23 years, he attended Alton College studying business and finance. When not selling houses, he is a keen supporter of Portsmouth FC and when time allows enjoys sailing and a round of golf. Married to Sam, the opportunity to enjoy yachting and 18 holes of golf may soon be curtailed due to the recent arrival of his gorgeous daughter Molly. Since joining WPR his colleagues have been astounded at the quantity of peanut butter sandwiches he has the ability to consume at lunchtime.

Lloyd Clarke
partner
An estate agent for 15 years both in sales and lettings, Lloyd started his career in Guildford and moved to Farnham soon after. He has lived in the area all his life and was schooled in Rowledge. He currently lives in the village of Beech with his fiancée and their cat Annabel. He always maintains that he hates gardening but his colleagues can't help but notice that he seems to spend most of his spare weekends doing it. Mad keen on motor sport and an avid four wheel drive enthusiast, he is quoted as saying "If you put petrol in it, I tend to like it".

Polly Gillert

Polly has boundless enthusiasm and has proved herself to be an absolute natural at putting clients at their ease and really understanding their requirements. Educated in Midhurst, Polly has worked in both Selborne and Farringdon and so knows the Surrey and Hampshire area well. As our resident computer expert, Polly is also capable of sorting out all the Partners technological problems which is pretty important given that Clive, Nick and Tim still struggle to programme their video recorders.

Joanna Santos
lettings administration
Joanna has lived in the area for a large part of her life, growing up in the grounds of Old Basing House, which is now open to the public. Playing in the ruined remains as a child led to her keen interest in archaeology and architecture. She studied at both Southampton and Farnham Universities, graduating with a BA (Hons) in 3D Design. Joanna has put this to great use during various renovation projects including her current scheme of restoring a lake which has been untouched for the last thirty years. In her spare time she also paints, plays the piano and has recently become an avid bird watcher.

Angela Plews
office manager and branch administration
How looking after pigs and chickens prepares you for a role in a busy estate agency we have no idea but it certainly does. After 25 years as a legal secretary, Angela took time out running a smallholding in Scotland before returning to Hampshire and joining the WPR team. Super organised and calm under pressure, Angela keeps everything running smoothly even under the most testing conditions. Pastimes include growing veg. on her allotment, making jam and walking her dogs, suggesting that Angela still has a leaning towards the country life although this is combined with a taste for drinking fine champagne and long lunches with her girlfriends.

Julie Perkins
office manager and branch administration
With a background in the travel industry, finance and education, Julie has been just the ticket for bringing some organisational and administration support to the team at Farnham. After 28 years living in the area, she knows the area like the back of her hand too. Looking after her husband and two children combined with a challenging career doesn't leave much time for other pursuits. However, Julie makes sure that Alfie her Springer Spaniel gets a good walk every day but best of all has been training in Modern Freestyle Street Dancing which should be interesting at our Christmas party.
